Prog: right-o! since im such a lazy bustard, here's a run-up on projects im going to self do. sticksoldiers is a very normal game. all your usual weapons and regular stuff. so here's my nexty prog project. by the time 'o' level is over, im going to remake sticksoldiers entirelly so that i have the game based on gantz.

feel free to follow me on the steps if you are intrested in making your own mod. today, im going through one of the weapon criteria.

now, anyone who bothered to download the game will know that the characters are ridiculously small, and so are the guns. the pictures look relatively easy enough to draw, and i will be doing just that, with microsoft paint. as of now, most people should realise that all the stuff in the data section cannot be opened with all your preloaded microsoft stuff. the weapon picture format is in .TGA format. getting confuised yet??

anything that takes form in most simple games like this has a "sprite" which is basically the geek term for "picture" .TGA converters are everywhere, so for now, we'll just download one of the net.

Sci and Tech: Ya ha! did you know that fishes have a breeding style that appears to be very similar to our genetic modification? well, now you know!

as many of you who bother to listen in bio lesson will know, fish lay their eggs in water then the male fish will eject his er... ejecuate to fertilise the eggs. however, as this is being done underwater, many of the... er... tadpoles will be swimming outside of the eggs, and when they do meet up with an egg of another species, there you go! instant gene mixing. with all that tadpoles swimming around, chances arem there are many rare hybrids of fish going around. now, all you have tyo do is avoid jar and catch the fish to cook with belachan.

anime chick of the week: cruel angel thesis. classic. evangelion, the macha anime was always not about mecha. there's this chick. Rei Ayanami. she is a clone of the main character (shinji ikari)'s mother, and for some reason, seems to be very very distant in everyhting. she seems to have nothing, except to pilot the evangelion 00. and one more thing. boy, is she hawt!!!!
